FIPRON CANARIAS Box:

Additional protection of connectors (sockets) for connecting solar batteries and solar panel arrays.

Designed to protect electrical connections from fire, as well as for additional protection against the destructive effects of environmental factors (rain, snow, ultraviolet radiation, dust, dirt, etc.) on electrical cables.

"FIPRON CANARIAS Box" is a box made of resistant refractory

plastic, inside which there is a fire extinguishing agent.

Operating principle: The connector is placed inside the FIPRON CANARIAS Box, after which the box is hermetically sealed. In the event of ignition of electrical connections inside the box, an extinguishing agent will act which, upon contact with the fire or when the temperature inside the box reaches 120 °C, will release a gas-based extinguishing agent, eliminating the ignition source and preventing the fire from spreading outside the box.
